Justin headed the charge to call special meeting of CRFL to bring a vote of no confidence in the policy committee.

Most of the clubs agreed some change was needed but I don't think to many were happy with the way it was approached.

I think if motion succeeds Justin should stand down from any position in CRFL for 3 years to prove there is no conflict of interest.

But for me it raised the question of leadership for league in Canty region.

There is no identifiable leadership, "my opinion" no 10 year plan, no strategy to take league anywhere significant.
The game needs consistency of vision, the comp gets changed every year and after a while you tend to lose confidence in the admin.

Because there is no leader, there is no one to blame, but us who moan about the organisation every year and don't force change.
A game without a leader is like a chock without a head, going nowhere in particular

some very intelligent comments there and I agree with the call for vision and consistency.

IMO not much has changed for a while,am hoping for change but jus doesnt seem to be happening.

Transperancy would go a long way into trusting what goes on at the top, take it away from the "elitist"feel that always seems to be there.Delegation is another also.,no more surprises.deal in realities.
